Assystem India is the 100% subsidiary of the Assystem GROUP in existence since 2003. We are located in Bangalore with our global head-quarters at France. HISTORY:
Assystem India has evolved into playing a key role as strategic partners with its customers since its inception in 2003.
- 2003: Formation of ATENA India as a captive centre of ATENA GmbH, Germany (A 100% subsidiary of MTU Aero-Engines)
- 2005: ATENA GmbH acquired by Assystem SA, France from MTU Aero-Engines, Germany
- 2007: ATENA India under the ASSYTEM GROUP turns into profit centre from being a captive operations centre
- 2008: ATENA India is rechristened as Assystem India PRIVATE LTD.
- 2010: Assystem India PVT. LTD. expands into a brand new office space
- 2011: Assystem gets a new corporate identity. Sets on A NEW PATH TO GROWTH
