History – Assystem India:

2003 – Formation of Atena India as a captive centre of ATENA GmbH, Germany (A 100% subsidiary of MTU                   Aero Engines)

2005 – Atena GmbH acquired by ASSYSTEM SA, France

2007 – Atena India turns into a PROFIT CENTRE from being a captive operations centre

2008 – During May, Atena India is rechristened as ASSYSTEM INDIA PVT LTD.
